Challenge:

St.Galler Kantonalbank was looking to ensure easier access to deeper level app functions, e.g. search, statistics, etc. to improve experience for its Personal Finance Manager users.

Solution:

Spitch developed a voice user interface (VUI) for the PFM in close cooperation with SGKB and Crealogix. The customers can now talk to the Personal Finance Manager within the SGKB app to get detailed information about incoming and outgoing transactions on their accounts. They can choose any kind of income or spending categories in a selected time-frame.

  • Running a mobile banking app on your smartphone, it is much easier to use your voice instead of cumbersome typing on a small mobile screen.
  • With this project, the bank is studying its customers’ preferences in using voice technologies. The results
    will help the bank to adapt to customer needs moreeffectively.
