SGKB, with approximately 1300 employees, offers a comprehensive range of financial services to its clients in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden. SGKB is providing their customers with a Personal Finance Manager (PFM) solution, which allows seeing easy-to-read graphs with statistics on all their income and spending categories within different time-frames.
Voice-driven Personal Finance Manager
The customers can now talk to the Personal Finance Manager within the SGKB app to get an overview of their finances in a simple and straightforward way.
Challenge:
St.Galler Kantonalbank was looking to ensure easier access to deeper level app functions, e.g. search, statistics, etc. to improve experience for its Personal Finance Manager users.
Solution:
Spitch developed a voice user interface (VUI) for the PFM in close cooperation with SGKB and Crealogix. The customers can now talk to the Personal Finance Manager within the SGKB app to get detailed information about incoming and outgoing transactions on their accounts. They can choose any kind of income or spending categories in a selected time-frame.
