Live at the Customer Contact Expo

Spitch took part in the Customer Contact Expo at London's Olympia on 01.10.2015 — the key event in the calendar for the industry.

We took the risk to ask the expo visitors to test our speech analytics product in a live demo at our kiosk - and the feedback we received from young start-ups and market leaders alike was overwhelmingly positive.

Speech analytics is becoming one of the core trends of the customer contact industry, along with cloud-based solutions, and it seems like our way of working is stirring up interest too — from our flexible business approaches to our tailored partnership and product models. As a result of the Expo we have connected with many prospective customers and partners, and made a significant step towards building the Spitch profile in the UK and worldwide.
