Spitch AG, together with UBM, held a workshop titled «Customer Experience Management and Contact Centres — Speech Analytics Technology Trends — Best Practices and Vision 2020», which focused on how speech technologies can help companies improve their customer experience management, as well as support engagement, relationship management, and customer loyalty in a cost-effective manner.
The purpose of the workshop was to discuss and explore the possibilities of speech analytics technologies in the context of contact centres and customer experience management. Because technology is evolving rapidly within the customer experience management and contact centre environments, the session provided an opportunity to explore a growing array of new solutions. The Spitch AG team of Spoken Language Technology (SLT) experts presented their vision regarding the current state of the industry, where it is headed in the next few years, and what we can do today to leverage existing SLT solutions to create new business opportunities, and enhance existing ones.
In response to the positive feedback received from event participants, Spitch AG is organizing a larger event: Vision-2020 which will focus on further developing the discussions started at the recent workshop.
