Spitch AG is glad to announce a new team member — Nikita Yampolski, Global Development Director. Nikita started his professional career as a Software Engineer, Architect, Product and Project Manager. Over the last two decades Nikita has held engineering and managerial positions in a number of international companies, including unadox, Gemalto, sicap (Swisscom), and Yandex. Nikita holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. To keep his engineering skills up to date Nikita is studying Computer Science courseware at Harvard University.

Nikita’s favorite quote is from Thomas Edison, who said: “I’ve never failed. I’ve just found 10 000 ways that don’t work.”

He has 2 children and lives in the Zug countryside with his family. Nikita likes mountain biking, jogging, swimming, and reading. He is a big fan of classic rock, and loves listening LP records with his 11-years old son, particularly Led Zeppelin, Queen, David Bowie, and Jimi Hendrix.

The students showed how to control a robot with 2 simple commands only: “left”, and “right” – twenty years ago it was revolutionary, and I decided to apply to this school, which I graduated from in 2005.
