November saw Spitch conduct a global team meeting at its Zurich headquarters, gathering key members of its growing international team including colleagues from the regional offices of UK&I, DACH, Italy and Spain.
During the meeting, Spitch CEO, Alexey Popov presented the Company’s strategic plan and the objectives for next three years. Each country shared local activities, go-to-market strategy, achievements and lessons learned. The meeting triggered an informative and productive discussion of topics that were common across or unique to each region. Alignment among the business, service and technical members resulted in an optimization plan that will further facilitate company growth and achievement of defined objectives. Product portfolio and marketing plans were also reviewed and discussed with specific attention dedicated to partnerships and the development of tools and activities aimed at a deeper cooperation.
