Christian Lüthi joins Spitch team as Account-Manager DACH

Christian Lüthi joins Spitch team as Account-Manager DACHSpitch is glad to announce that our management team has a new experienced member — Christian Lüthi Account-Manager DACH. Christian is a highly qualified specialist in the field of corporate communication solutions, UCC and contact/service centers solutions. Christian will help Spitch to capitalize on the impressive business development and sales results in Switzerland in 2018. Switzerland is fully mature for voice-enabled solutions, as proven by a number of successful projects mentioned by Spitch CEO Alexey Popov in his interview to CNN Money. It is important to keep up the momentum, strengthening partnerships, customer relationships, as well as market visibility and awareness. Maintaining close cooperation with Spitch’s solutions delivery team and integration partners is equally important.

Prior to joining Spitch, Christian Lüthi's focus was on VOIP, UCC, and Contact Center Solutions. He was successful in his roles with Arktis and Spie's portfolio of ShoreTel /Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, and NEC. Before that, he worked as Managing Director Switzerland at Ciena, where he was responsible for Packet Optical Networking, SDN, OTN, DWDM, Layer 2 Encryption and Services, and as Key Account Manager Multinational Accounts at Orange Switzerland.

Since 2009, Lüthi has also been a part-time Board Member at, the Swiss industry association for contact centers and customer contact management. In this setting, Christian Lüthi performed communication and public relations roles and also supported the industry events as an OC member. Until July 2018, he headed the Supplier, Sponsoring & Partner department. Through his many years of experience, he has influenced the contact center / service center sector in Switzerland and has extensive knowledge of the technology and the peculiarities of the Swiss and German markets. Customer care and loyalty are his areas of specialism.

Christian Lüthi has been married since 1991 to Claudia Colombo and is a father of two grown-up children (ladies aged 24 and 21). Christian is based in Zurich area and loves sailing, going for various mountain and snow-sports; enjoys wine-tasting and enology as well as traveling.
