Voice technologies have quickly become a new normal and help people in everyday life. Recent surveys by Farner and the University of Luzern and the one held during Spitch’s webinar prove this. More and more daily tasks can be solved by voice, speech recognition and artificial intelligence. But can they be effectively used in business? Can voice solutions deliver tangible business benefits? And what examples can we see in Switzerland?
These and other questions during the Lunch Forum “Why write when I can speak?” will be answered by Stephan Fehlmann, Senior Business Development Manager at Spitch and a recognised expert in voice solutions.
