Spitch’s participation at the Call Centre Week event 2019 in Berlin brought even more success and recognition to Spitch than last year. The interest to Spitch solutions increased and was felt all the time during the Forum. Communication with potential customers at the Spitch’s booth was intensive, very detailed and thorough. The implementation options were discussed in detail, and demos generated keen interest. Most of the visitors intended to continue the discussion after the fair. Please have a look at the short review of exhibition.
In many ways, the success of Spitch’s participation at the event was achieved thanks to a well-thought-out strategy and tactics. It's not a secret that Germany has the largest software market in Europe. It has significant potential to expand and evolve as far as adoption of speech recognition and voice biometrics solutions, catching up quickly with the US and UK. For Spitch, this is a very important and promising region, in which the company plans to repeat its success achieved in Switzerland. Alexey Popov, CEO and Founder of Spitch noted the company's ambitious plans in Germany: «We are definitely set to go in following our successes in Switzerland, where Spitch solutions are already reshaping customer experience in banking, insurance, public transport and many other industries».
By following this strategy, Spitch was able to effectively attract interested companies. The hall was full during the speech by Georg Theunissen, Director sales & consultancy DACH «Applied AI Speech recognition solutions – the best value adding implementations with a well-defined ROI». After the speech, visitors came to the company's booth to discuss the details. Demo versions helped interested specialists to understand more deeply and clearly the essence and algorithms of solutions.
The Forum CCW2019 was held in Estrel Congress Center in Berlin on 19-21 February 2019. It is the biggest event for Contact Centres, which attracts attention of board members and decision makers of in-house call centres, call centre service providers and call centre subcontractors
