Conversational solutions are increasingly in demand with the market growing at 51% CAGR. The number of providers also grows explosively, and competition is high. However, the vast majority of solutions being offered are hard to evaluate in terms of practical effectiveness – do they match the needs of clients in specific use cases and circumstances? Besides, some solutions require complex integrations and are hard to deploy or modify to adapt them to evolving tasks.
Spitch launched a series of informative webinars specifically addressing these and other challenges faced by our clients and partners. Webinars are drawing from the experience in implementing Spitch AI-driven conversational platforms and covering Conversational IVR, Voice Biometrics, Speech Analytics, Virtual Assistants and more.
The first webinar was held on October 22 and was dedicated Spitch Development Tools. How does the Spitch team ensure fast and easy delivery of voice applications? This was the main theme of the webinar. The attendees had a chance to see:
How Spitch tools can make sure you adjust and deploy the conversational solution at the fastest possible pace and start getting business benefits from the start.
What are the critical sticking points in conversational solutions deployment projects?
How to avoid bottlenecks in big data processing for machine learning.
Participants also saw the examples of how Spitch’s own conversational platform and development tools are used to ensure a smooth implementation of voice technologies including ASR, intent and sentiment recognition, speech analytics as well as voice biometrics for customer identification and identity verification.
During the webinar, Spitch conducted a few polls. The first question was: «Is a high level speech technology development suite helpful to you?» 55% of participants agreed, choosing the option: «yes it has practical value for achieving my business goals». The second question was: «Have you used Lingware Suite before?» More than half of the respondents (60%) answered: «I haven`t used it before, so please tell me more about how to get started with it». The third question posed was: «What additional tools would you like to have in order to make your voice app development process more efficient?» More than a third of the participants (38%) did not find what to add and refrained from commenting. Another quarter (25%) of participants would like to receive «voice biometrics model training and evaluation tools». And 16% chose: «all the existing tools integrated into one IDE». 13% of participants answered: «text data synthesis tools for model bootstrapping». And 9% of participants agreed with the statement that «Spitch has all the required tools in place, there is nothing to add, it`s more than enough».
