Spitch, an international company specialising in voice technology solutions, welcomes Francesco Urso, who joins the Italian team in the role of Customer Service Manager, with the responsibility to support and strengthen an implementation of the customer service strategy for Italy - one of the important and disruptive Spitch markets with rapidly growing presence.

In this role, Francesco will report directly to Piergiorgio Vittori, Global Business Development Director and Regional Manager at Spitch. He will act as a focal point in implementing the best way of deployment and integration for various Spitch products to meet the customers’ and partners’ needs, in collaboration with the international technology team and the Italian commercial and pre-sales staff.

After graduating in electronic engineering at the Bari Polytechnic, Francesco built his experience in end-to-end technical solutions, focusing on their compliance to the high-quality standards required by customers. His professional career path has been in the field of solutions for international companies in the multichannel contact centre environment, always looking to improve and consolidate such solutions along the way. Francesco brings along his passion for science, innovation and teamwork, in his constant search to improve the customer journey, via his imaginative understanding of their future needs.
