The expansion of the Swiss provider of AI-powered voice solutions continues. Spitch strengthens marketing activities in the DACH region and appoints Carmen Keller as head of marketing for DACH. In her newly created position, Carmen Keller will be responsible for all of Spitch's marketing activities in Switzerland, Germany and Austria with immediate effect. She is based at the headquarters of Spitch in Zurich.
And this is how Carmen Keller sees her new position: “We are on the threshold of a new form of interaction between company and customer. Artificial intelligence, embedded in modern natural language technology solutions, opens up the possibilities for companies and institutions to communicate with customers faster and more precisely for the first time. And scalability is almost unlimited. Queues and misunderstandings are a thing of the past. Customers get what they ask for, instantly.
Spitch is a pioneer in this technological upheaval. I am thrilled to be able to help shape this technological and social revolution."
Carmen Keller has more than 20 years of experience in leading positions in the ICT and consumer goods industries: for example at Unisys Switzerland, BEA Systems and Netlife. Before joining Spitch, she worked as a segment manager for smart accessories and other product categories at Swarovski. Thanks to this experience she has not only acquired the profound tools to understand the technologies on which the Spitch solutions are based, but also the ability to quickly grasp the requirements that these solutions must meet in communication with the end users (callers) of the respective Spitch customers.
Jürg Schleier, Country Manager DACH at Spitch, comments on Carmen Keller's entry: “Since its founding in 2014, Spitch has grown from a start-up to a leading provider of AI-powered natural language technology solutions in Switzerland and internationally. While we initially focused on the Swiss market with our exclusive Swiss dialect solutions and were able to win well-known customers such as Migros Bank, Swisscard, SBB, AMAG and many other well-known market players, we are now continuing our expansion in large markets such as Germany on our priority list. Against this background, it is important to expand our resources not only in the technology area, but also in marketing. Even if the future belongs to our solutions, it is precisely for this reason that many require an explanation to get it right for companies and their end customers. It is a lucky strike for us that we were able to win such new team member as Carmen Keller for the newly created role of Marketing Manager DACH, who on the one hand has the necessary understanding of technology and on the other hand knows how to address the needs of end customers".
