Automated Voice and Text Conversational AI is Becoming Increasingly Important in Customer Engagement

The online event was very well attended with over 60 executives, analysts, and experts from various industries in the DACH area. Participants gained insights into how interactive, automated conversational AI solutions can be implemented easily and quickly, using Baloise Insurance as an example.

In response to the question "Are you planning to introduce a chatbot or voice bot in your company?", 60% of the participants stated that they had already introduced a voice bot or chatbot or were planning to do so this year. 1% of participants are still undecided and another 40% are very interested in this topic.

The survey also showed a high level of interest in an omnichannel bot solution reflecting the growing demand for conversational AI among industry professionals.
