Product and Application Presales Engineer (Customer Service Experience)
Responsibilities

  • working with clients and partners as contact reference for Spitch products and solutions for user experience, applications, and use cases
  • elaborating technical and feature requirements of the target use-case with customers/partners for speech-enabled business applications
  • working with Sales Managers and the Professional Services team to develop work estimates and High-Level Solution description for tailored speech applications and technology integration based on preliminary requirements
