Responsibilities

You will take part in the following processes:

  • Designing, implementing and testing dialogue scripts for virtual assistants (Graphic reflection of dialog trays via Visio-like editor)
  • Creating datasets for training NLU models: analyzing and marking dialogue recordings
  • Evaluating model training results
  • Creating and evaluation semantic markers for Speech Analytics solution
  • Developing and evaluation reports for Speech Analytics solution
  • Creating presentations and customer related documents, participation in customer meetings during pre-sale and project delivery

Requirements

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Website Management:

  • Bring experience in managing and executing projects for B2B website development and support, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Manage website content, including posting news, adding/removing banners, and general content maintenance to keep the website dynamic and informative
  • Use website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track performance, understand user behavior, and make strategy adjustments
