Spitch had the pleasure to welcome several integrators, solution developers, and other partners and enterprise customers at our booth H2B14 at the International Conference and Trade Show on the Customer Service, Communication and Contact Centre Industry to share experiences and discover innovative solutions with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice Biometrics, Voice User Interfaces (VUI), and natural language voice data analytics. The event was a big success for Spitch as we received good feedback and had dozens of promising meetings. Spitch is rapidly growing and strengthening its presence in the DACH region, not only in Switzerland, but also in Germany and in Austria.
The event showed that companies have understood that the time is ripe to make their business processes more efficient with Speech Technologies and acknowledged their potential.
