CCW2020 forum will take place in Estrel Congress Center in Berlin on 2-5 March 2020. Expect 8,200 trade show visitors, 270 exhibitors, people of 46 nationalities, and 280 lectures. This is the biggest event for Contact Centres, which attracts attention of Board members and decision makers of in-house contact centres from major brands in different industries, call centre service providers and contact centre subcontractors.
