Spitch team welcomes a new experienced member – Giovanni Mannarino, Director of Sales and Consultancy, who will be leading the Italian sales effort. Giovanni will be the first commercial contact point for Spitch's customers and partners in Italy. He will also collaborate with the pre-sales team to identify and propose the most appropriate technical solutions for different business needs to customers and partners.

Giovanni has over 20 years of experience in managing teams, projects, technologies and processes in the area of customer engagement, working for leading companies in the international multichannel contact centres. He has gained significant experience in business innovation and development management, as well as impressive technical expertise in related areas.

Giovanni is a team player with excellent listening skills and a recognised ability to understand the needs of the customer. He shows an active interest in assisting customers with a tailored approach based on full availability and predisposition to accept even the most ambitious challenges.  

Giovanni is a travel enthusiast, always looking for places where nature is the main character but, at the same time, where the journey itself is an adventure, full of unexpected events and where improvisation and adaptability are fundamental parts of the travel experience.
