Chatbot data analyst (EMEA Professional Services)

Currently we are on the lookout of linguistic data analyst, passionate about speech technologies, to join our international assignments across EMEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten | Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and assessment of chatbots/virtual assistants dialogue scripts
• Graphic reflection of dialog trays via Visio-like editor
• Creation of datasets for training recognition models: analyze and markup dialogue recordings
• Evaluation of model training results by means of SPitch intuitive toolset.

Anforderungen | Requirements:

• Experience of working within speech analytics area as business analyst or technical support engineer
• Technical education or a degree in linguistics
• Fluent English, Advanced German, French or Italian
• Fluent or advanced Arabic, preferably Omani dialect would be a strong advantage
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
• Convincing communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Python would be an advantage
