The event entitled "Innovating Customer Experience with Conversational AI", held on November 9 in Geneva and hosted by Swisscom and Spitch, proved to be a great success with more than 60 industry professionals attending. It opened with Beppe De Vincenti's presentation offering a futuristic vision on the role of machines in customer experience. Landry Abanda then shared Migros Bank's journey with a conversational AI solution and its significant impact. Dr. Kai Duttle contributed insights on best practices for implementing these AI technologies, with practical examples from a client in the financial industry. Finally, Grégoire Perrin presented the work of the association callnet.ch, which has been dedicated to customer relationship services for more than 25 years.
