Business Development Manager (cooperative banks)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and partners who sell Spitch products and solutions for user experience, applications and use cases
  • Localization, identification, and business development for the Spitch solution portfolio
  • Acquisition and onboarding of new customers
  • Expanding the product portfolio of existing customers
  • Finding and developing partnerships for Spitch products
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen and expand market awareness
  • Conducting product demos and presentations to customers and partners
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Identifying and participating in industry trade fairs
  • Providing support in responding to requests for proposals (RFP) and tender responses
Requirements
  • Great understanding of the market peculiarities in the cooperative banks sector in Germany
  • Large personal network of contacts in the financial sector, especially Volksbanken
  • Understanding of software and solutions for banking
  • Sales experience in B2B is an advantage
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, natural language processing and customer service is an advantage
