With over twenty years of experience in IT focused on business development, sales, and project management roles, Nataskia will be in charge of identifying and acquiring new customers.
Spitch, a global one-stop shop vendor for Conversational AI platform-based solutions, has appointed Nataskia Cerfeda as Business Development Manager of its Italian branch.
In her new role, Nataskia, who will directly report to Piergiorgio Vittori, VP Business Development Worldwide and Regional Manager, will aim to expand the company’s network of clients and partners to support growth in Italy. In particular, she will have the task of identifying new leads, establishing contacts and building relationships with potential customers and partners, defining the parameters for the best offer, providing advice on new products and solutions based on specific business needs, collecting market data and finally, helping position the Spitch products and solutions.
After graduating with a degree in computer engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Nataskia has gained some strong experience as Technical Account Manager, Project Manager and Pre-Sales on IT products and solutions in the banking and telco domains. She arrives at Spitch, after a long period as Business Development and Sales Manager in different IT consulting companies, having accumulated expertise in the management and development of new accounts as well as in the sales of different software solutions and services.
