Spitch, a global one-stop shop vendor for conversational AI solutions for companies in many industries, brings Fehmi El Benna on board as the new Senior Business Development Manager for Switzerland. With this new important addition to the team, Spitch is meeting the rapidly growing demand for voice and text dialogue systems helping to improve customer experience and reduce customer service costs.
Fehmi El Benna comes from Sunrise Communications AG, where he worked for more than three years as an account manager and later – key account manager. Prior to these roles, he was a successful sales consultant at Swisscom for twelve years, five of which were spent with a particular focus on the target group of medium-sized companies. In his new position at Spitch, Fehmi El Benna will report directly to Stephan Fehlmann, Country Manager responsible for the DACH region. Fehmi El Benna speaks German, English and French; the latter being important to customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
