Alessandra Peterlin will oversee sales activities in Italy as Director of Sales and Consultancy. In her new role, Alessandra will be the first commercial point of contact for Spitch's customers and partners in Italy, also collaborating with the pre-sales team to identify and propose the most suitable solutions for different business needs.
Before joining Spitch, Alessandra has built commercial experience and expertise in several multinational companies such as Transcom, where she was responsible for leading complex environment in value generation and business development, customer experience improvement, productivity, acquisitions, and pricing strategies as Senior Client Services Manager. Alessandra has over 10 years of experience in Account and Operations management, outsourcing / offshoring, and customer service sectors, with skills ranging from business development to customer experience and people management, as well as business planning and managing operations.
