In his new role as US Business Development Director, Bill Cook will lead the company’s further expansion in the US market, coordinating strategic business development activities across the key industries such as retail and e-commerce.
Mr. Cook has more than twenty-five years of sales and business development experience in enterprise software, managed services and BPO with a focus on Customer Experience (CX) solutions that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and CX. He held Sales AVP and Director roles in various multinational companies such as SRM Tech, Sutherland, Oracle, Genesys and eGain. In the last 10 years, he focused primarily on retail and e-commerce. His drive is mobilizing people, processes and technologies to solve business problems that enable an environment of success improving the lives of employees and customers. Mr. Cook's main approach is a ‘digital first’ strategy with transformational innovative ideas that utilize data across the enterprise (including internet of things (IoT) and Category Management along with Customer Sentiment and Interaction data) for use in triggering events for intelligent process automation.
