Spitch, one of the world's leading providers of conversational AI voice and text dialogue systems, is building up its team in Germany. Olaf Hansen was appointed as Vice President Business Development and Michael Schlake as Project Manager with a focus on the German market. Both new hires report directly to Stephan Fehlmann, who continues to have overall responsibility for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland (DACH region) at Spitch. With the expanded team, Spitch is responding to the rapidly increasing demand for AI-based customer communication solutions.

Michael Schlake was assigned to the Customer Success Department, which was set up in the middle of last year. He comes from Spitch partner – NTT Data, where he worked most recently as Lead Consultant Customer Experience and was already involved in several joint projects with Spitch.

Olaf Hansen has more than 35 years of experience in consulting and sales of complex IT systems. In his last job at Verint, Olaf was responsible for sales and presale activities in the DACH region. Together with his team, Mr. Hansen consistently and continuously expanded sales in the region to its current high level. Mr. Hansen would like to continue this success story at Spitch in the future.
