The leading Swiss and international conversational AI solutions provider, Spitch, has further strengthened its DACH team appointing Axel Conradi as a new Pre-Sales Manager. Axel is based in Germany and has over 25 years of experience in providing pre-sales technical engagements, architecting, design and consulting support for a diverse range of clients in different industries.

Axel has previously been working for companies such as Verint Systems GmbH and Aspect Group. In Spitch, Axel Conradi will be reporting to Vice President DACH, Stephan Fehlmann. His tasks will include engaging with clients and supporting partners as key contact reference in Germany for all technical aspects of the Spitch products and solutions, elaborating technical and feature requirements of the target use-cases for conversational AI applications, contributing technical content to sales proposals, as well as creating product demos and presentations to customers and partners.
