The meeting was focused on Spitch’s business development, using GenAI for personalized and proactive customer service, strategies for different verticals, and a comprehensive overview of Spitch’s conversational AI platform components, including major recent updates and groundbreaking new products.
Regarding the private and hybrid cloud customer strategy, Spitch with its’ partners proposed bundling the Spitch platform components and tools (including LLM and RAG) with the hardware (including GPU), installed in public or private cloud, or even on premises, where it is called “AI Cabinet”, to tackle the most complex Gen AI challenges from day one in a comprehensive way, fully compliant with external regulations (including GDPR and DORA) and internal data protection policies. Such is the new reality – a fully managed AI solution that is ready to go right out of the box. Advisory Board members evaluated the market potential for this service across different industries and key regions.
Advisory Board members were excited to get the 360-degree overview on Spitch open platform, including: omnichannel Virtual Assistant in text and voice, Speech Analytics 3.0 Update, Voice Biometrics, Chat Platform, Knowledge Base, Agent Assist, and a completely new AI-powered agent coaching simulator. Board members noted that this excellent product could also be used for agent hiring and onboarding, including inception and socialization. Another hot topic was Spitch’s open platform, strengthening business ties with hyperscalers (including AWS and MS Azure) as well as internal customers’ AI teams.
The formal meeting concluded with a lively dinner that provided further opportunities for networking and informal discussions.
