Responsibilities
Working with clients and partners as contact reference for Spitch products and solutions for user experience, applications, and use cases
Elaborating technical and feature requirements of the target use-case with customers/partners for speech-enabled business applications
Working with Sales Managers and the Professional Services team to develop work estimates and a high-level solution description for tailored speech applications and technology integration based on preliminary requirements
Eroduct demo support and presentation to customers / partners
Providing technical and user support locally
Assisting with Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote, tender responses
Presentation assistance - research customers, track down and document existing systems, organizing information, etc.
Providing customers and partners with technical training and workshops
Providing feedback to the Product Management and R&D organizations on technical as well as business requirements in the market and application ideas
Preferred experience
Knowledge in the area of PBX and Contact Center systems (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Teams and others) is of big advantage
Familiarity with artificial intelligence, natural language processing is a plus
Technical management & customer facing experience with a business driven mindset
Skills
A proven track record of relevant industry experience (Speech Technology, Call Centres, Customer Experience)
Ability to work on system integration requirements
Interest in Conversational AI applications
Eager and able to work in a multicultural environment
Very good communicator
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
French language skills are desired
A self-disciplined and self-motivated individual, able to work in a team with a minimum of direct supervision

Responsibilities
Analyzing the German market and develop a strategy to position Spitch Manufacturing offering
Establishing highly strategic, thoughtful, and deliberate business plans
Demonstrating Spitch products and services suite differentiating the Spitch product offering/services within the Manufacturing market
Participating with the Executive team in developing Go-to-Market plans for each of the channel partners, ensuring the efficient execution of those plans
Developing proposals and negotiating channel/pricing/contractual agreements
Tracking progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action to refocus efforts
Forecasting sales pipeline revenues and recording in CRM tool
Serving as primary customer point of contact, ensuring that all partners and customers receive a professional handover to the Solution team and Technical Services team
Preferred experience
Excellent knowledge of the German Manufacturing market
Existing relationships with key executives in major Manufacturing companies
