Spitch AG and Regional Director Italy Paolo Munari are glad to announce the arrival of a new experienced member ─ Rosa Maria Molteni, Research and Information Support Manager. Rosa Maria started her professional career in management consulting, after a Degree in Political Sciences with Milan State University. Later on she joined the executive search sector, working on national and international assignments with leading multinational firms, with a specialization on multi-country searches and cultural background. Her latest experience was devoted to the management of a human resources change process within a listed holding company.

1994 – 1997 Eric Salmon & Partners (I): Head of Research, management of company thesaurus in terms of candidates and general information resources
1997 – 2000 H. Neumann International (I): Head of Research, reorganization and project management after a merger, beyond international cooperation with Vienna HQ and Eastern European Offices.
2000 – 2015 Eric Salmon & Partners (I): Senior Researcher, with focus on data and human capital mining and search project management on cross border assignments
2015 – 2016 Mittel (I): Human Resources Manager, process and working climate change management projects. Currently member of GIDP, a national HR managers association.
Rosa Maria lives in Milan, spending weekends in her hometown near lake Como, and visiting new places and old friends in Italy and abroad. Urban passions of hers are theatre, music and attending cultural events, discovering and sharing “new ways of watching old things”. Beyond her Italian mother tongue, she speaks English, French and Russian, and some basic German.
