Spitch, an international one-stop platform vendor for conversational AI solutions, strengthened its Italian team by hiring Massimo Giovannetti as Country Manager Italy. In his new role, Mr. Giovannetti will lead the company’s further expansion in the Italian market, coordinating strategic development activities with a focus on banking, insurance, utilities, contact centers/BPO, and telco industries. 

Mr. Giovannetti has more than twenty years of global managerial experience, with a solid background in IT and digital transformation processes, specializing in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS solutions sales, working with the government sector, telco verticals and financial services, as well as worldwide distribution partners. 

Before joining Spitch, he held Sales Director roles in various multinational companies such as Dell, Syncplicity, Selerant and PerVoice, where he was able to hone his skills in the field of conversational AI.
