Banks are Recognizing Value of Conversational AI

spitch news results 26-01-23_ (2).jpgOn January 26, 2023, more than 70 guests from 25 Swiss financial institutions, including ZKB, Raiffeisen, Swisscard, Migros Bank and other leading banks some of which are already Spitch’s clients, came together for the exclusive specialist event organized by Spitch and Swisscom on the subject of "Conversational Banking as an answer to new customer needs" in the blue Cinema Abaton in Zurich. 

Experts from business and science gathered at the event to shed light on how and why the conversational AI adds value, as well as exchange lessons learned and insights worth sharing.

The panel discussion with representatives from financial institutions and industry practitioners focused on the topic of "Turning customer pain into competitive gain" with specific customer examples from financial institutions demonstrating how conversational banking solutions work in practice and what potential for expansion they have. In this regard, Spitch shared the implementation examples of its clients such as Migros Bank and Swisscard. 

The event made it clear that banks have recognized the improved quality and added value of conversational AI. The question is no longer whether using conversational AI is beneficial to improve customer satisfaction, but how to maximize some of the concrete business benefits that result from an effective customer experience improvement strategy.
