Having recently transitioned from her role as a General Manager of 3-D Bilisim, she is now joining Spitch – a leading conversational AI one-stop platform vendor – as the Country Manager in Turkey. 

Throughout her career, Nazik has excelled in fostering customer loyalty, forging enduring relationships, driving sales, and delivering customized solutions to address complex customer needs. Her deep understanding of the contact center industry fuels her passion for business development and innovation in the application of conversational AI. 

In her current role, Nazik is responsible for driving growth and spearheading business development initiatives in the country. Leveraging her extensive background in consulting, marketing, information technology, and SaaS, she leads the expansion of Spitch operations in Turkey. The company's advanced AI-powered solutions revolutionize voice and text-based interactions, enhancing customer and employee experience and helping reduce operating costs.
