NIST (the U. S. National Institute for Standards and Technology) recently announced that SMS isn’t secure any more for 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) — and the potential solution to this problem is to use Spitch‘s Voice Biometrics in the ti&m security suite.
Voice verification regardless of the context, is one of the most reliable and safe user authentication methods, as the voice of each human is unique. The advantages of the Voice Biometrics over other biometric methods are obvious: no additional equipment (a fingerprint scanner, terminal or camera) is required; the voice identification process is managed by the company, not on the client’s smartphone.
